Monroe Vata Rigby (born 19 November 2008), known mononymously as Monroe, is a French-American actress, singer, and songwriter. She will represent France in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song "Regarde !". She also has performed with Josh Groban, on "Hymne à l'amour".
