Violent Vira
Violent Vira (stylised as VIOLENT VIRA) is a Mexican-American indie and alternative metal singer-songwriter. She stands out for her powerful, emotionally charged vocals, blending influences from grunge, post-hardcore, and dark wave.
She began releasing music independently in 2021, with her debut single "I Don't Care" released on September 24, 2021. Her first EP, Till' Death Was Never Enough, was released on August 4, 2023.
After releasing a series of independent singles between 2021 and 2023, Violent Vira signed with the independent label Mom + Pop Music in 2025. That year, she released singles including "Saccharine" and "Common Decency". She also performed at the 2025 edition of Louder Than Life in Louisville, Kentucky.
